Ghana Is 60!

Today we celebrate Ghana gaining its independence from Britain. 

• We celebrate the Red that stands for the African blood that was shed; 

• The Gold that stands for the abundance of the mineral in the land; 

• And the Green that stands for the beautiful lush vegetation

• We must not leave out the black star representing freedom. 

Let freedom ring! Let Ghana sing!
